1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, or booking a tour through Charming Tours 2 Morocco, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service or book a trip.

2. Reservations and Payment

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation, accommodations, and transportation.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the start of your tour, or upon arrival as specifically agreed upon in your itinerary details.
• Pricing: All prices are subject to change without prior notice until your booking is officially confirmed and the deposit is received.

3. Booking Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the start date will result in the loss of the initial deposit, but any further payments made will be fully refunded.
• Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days prior to the start date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total tour cost.
• Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to the start date, or no-shows, are 100% non-refundable.

4. Itinerary Alterations

Charming Tours 2 Morocco reserves the right to modify or alter the tour itinerary, accommodations, or transportation in the event of unforeseen circumstances, natural disasters, severe weather conditions, or local strikes. In such cases, we will always strive to provide alternatives of equal or higher standard.

5. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strictly recommended for all clients traveling to Morocco. Your insurance should cover medical expenses, personal injury, repatriation, and cancellation or curtailment of your trip. Charming Tours 2 Morocco is not liable for costs resulting from failure to obtain adequate travel insurance.

6. Liability

While we exercise the utmost care in providing our services, Charming Tours 2 Morocco acts only as an agent for the various independent suppliers that provide hotel accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, activities, or other services connected with your tour. Therefore, we assume no liability for any injury, damage, death, loss, accident, or delay caused by third-party suppliers.
